Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of confirming order
- Orders are eligible for return with full refund within 3 days of delivery, deducting the freight charges as applicable.
- The customer will receive the refund for the shipping charges also, if the return is a result of our error.
- We replace or refund the purchased item other than books in case they are found not as described, is defective or damaged.
- Our customer can only receive the refund. Moreover, customers can only return items that have been received and accepted by customer.
- Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the order placement /return.

Merchandise that are purchased online from www.sterlingnewhorizons.com can be refunded subject to the following conditions.
- Sterling New Horizons would deduct the freight/courier charges and processing fee incurred upon for the fulfillment of the order.
- The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
- This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Items can be returned if they are in the original condition. A request for return has to be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the books by the customer, within Seven working days of our receiving the returns. Customer can request for returns using the My Account option.
If you want to cancel the order at your end, you can do it within 6 hours from placing the order.
